  • Our standard cleaning service is designed to provide a thorough cleaning of your home, covering all essential areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. It includes dusting and wiping down of surfaces, vacuuming or mopping of floors, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, and removal of trash. Additionally, we will tidy up common areas and straighten any clutter to ensure your space is left neat and inviting. Our team follows a comprehensive checklist to ensure that no detail is overlooked, leaving your home fresh and clean after each service appointment.
  • Our standard cleaning service is a routine maintenance clean that focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of your home on a regular basis. It includes essential tasks such as dusting, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming or mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and tidying up common areas.
  • On the other hand, deep cleaning is a more intensive and thorough cleaning service that goes beyond the surface level.   • When it comes to cleaning your home, there is no set time limit. We take much pride and the quality of work we put into cleaning your home. 
  • Depending on the size of your home, and the amount of work required to clean, it varies. On average a 2 bedroom and 2 baths may take about 2-3 hours for 2 people and more hours if just one person. 
  • All of our products are natural products.
  • If you have a particular product that you would prefer, you can leave them in the comments section and we will be happy to accommodate all your needs.
  • As of now, we only provide standard cleaning and residential cleaning. We do not offer any other services such as carpet cleaning.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. For recurring cleaning plans, we offer convenient online payment options.
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require changes to your scheduled cleaning appointment. However, to accommodate the schedules of both our clients and our cleaning team, we have a policy in place regarding cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that a cancellation fee will apply.
  • 1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment will incur an automatic cancellation fee of $75.
    2. Rescheduling appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment will incur an automatic cancellation fee of $50.
